WARRANTY TERMS & CONDITIONS:
Purchaser of service will truthfully and to the best of his/her own knowledge select the most appropriate repair. Gadget Pro Phone Repair will do a full inspection on the device prior to repair being completed. If other problems are found with the device, Gadget Pro Phone Repair will contact the owner immediately before completing repairs.
If you send Gadget Pro Phone Repair a device that is beyond repair, we will contact you. If you do not truthfully select the right repair (to your best knowledge), we reserve the right to refuse service and return your device.
If your water damaged device cannot be repaired satisfactorily, customer will have the option to receive the device back, or Gadget Pro Phone Repair will recycle your device for you at no cost. If your device has water damage, no warranty will be given on any repair. Gadget Pro Phone Repair retains the right to refuse any repair.
GADGET PRO PHONE REPAIR TERMS OF SERVICE/REPAIR:
ANY LIQUID / PHYSICAL DAMAGE (Cracked/chipped/broken screen) AFTER THE REPAIR IS NOT COVERED BY WARRANTY.
*We offer “NO FIX, NO PAY” service, and FREE ESTIMATE to all our customer. If your device is damaged beyond the repair, we will give you the options: return your device to you with no estimate charge, offer to sell you a different device at its cost, or salvage your old device free of charge. However if your device is evaluated within the repair scope and given the estimated quote by Gadget Pro Phone Repair, and you decided not to proceed with the repair then standard estimate charge of $40.00 will be applied.*
Gadget Pro Phone Repair warrants all repairs and parts free of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of Lifetime of the device.
If the unit should malfunction, it must be returned to Gadget Pro Phone Repair service center for evaluation, and all costs of shipping shall be borne solely by the purchaser (if applicable). Gadget Pro Phone Repair’ technician will diagnose the repair immediately upon receipt. Upon examination by Gadget Pro Phone Repair, if the unit is found to be defective it will be repaired or replaced at no charge. Gadget Pro Phone Repair’ WARRANTY does not apply to defects resulting from any action of the purchaser, including but not limited to mishandling, physical damage, water damage, improper interfacing, operation outside of design limits, improper repair by someone other than Gadget Pro Phone Repair, use of any other product other than Gadget Pro Phone Repairs products, or unauthorized modification. This WARRANTY is VOID if the unit shows evidence of having been tampered with (broken seal) or shows evidence of being damaged as a result of excessive corrosion; or current, heat, moisture or vibration; improper specification; misapplication; misuse; abuse or other operating conditions outside of Gadget Pro Phone Repair’ control.
Software WARRANTY applies to factory restores, backups, jailbreaks, unlocks, and applies to computers, laptops, cellular phones, etc. WARRANTY is VOID if customer performs any software modifications not limited to restore, updating software on the device, downloading unauthorized or unapproved software, viruses, malware, spyware, or attempts to modify any software that has been installed by Gadget Pro Phone Repair. Gadget Pro Phone Repair employees reserve the right to VOID any warranty if any improper software installations or modifications have been made after customer has left our repair location.
This warranty is non-transferable and does not apply to any purchaser who bought the product from a reseller or distributor not authorized by Gadget Pro Phone Repair, including but not limited to purchases from internet auction sites.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF THIS PRODUCT, AS PROVIDED HEREIN, IS YOUR EXCLUSIVE REMEDY. GADGETPROREPAIRS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOST REVENUES, LOST PROFITS, RENTAL OF REPLACEMENT EQUIPMENT, DOWNTIME, DAMAGE TO PROPERTY, AND THIRD-PARTY CLAIMS, ARISING OUT OF ANY THEORY OF RECOVERY, INCLUDING WARRANTY, CONTRACT, STATUTORY OR TORT. NOTWITHSTANDING THE TERM OF ANY WARRANTY OR ANY WARRANTY IMPLIED BY LAW, OR IN THE EVENT THAT ANY WARRANTY FAILS OF ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE, IN NO EVENT WILL GADGET PRO PHONE REPAIR’S ENTIRE LIABILITY EXCEED THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THIS PRODUCT. SOME STATES/PROVINCES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAYNOT APPLY TO YOU. THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS THAT VARY FROM STATE TO STATE AND PROVINCE TO PROVINCE.
